The sampler receives an RF analog waveform resulting from a neutrino interaction and digitizes that waveform. Because the typical waveform is a high-bandwidth short pulse followed by a long wait, continuous sampling both cost too much and consumes power. Instead, we used a switched capacitor array (SCA), simply a shift register of capacitors, which samples at a high frequency. The output from the SCA is then sent to an ADC at a much lower frequency to be digitized. The final design includes a full list of all the components used, their placement and the routing on all the layers.
