In the automotive industry, managing and integrating a large number of
cables from hundreds or even thousands of customers is challenging. This limitation hinders the ability to add
new features and complicates communication between different customers.
To address this issue ,the project was to develop a product solution: implementing a communication bus
that streamlines connections. Not only does this approach reduce the number of required cables,
but it also simplifies the addition of new customers and features—even allowing for third-party
products to be integrated into vehicles after purchase.
The journey from concept to a tangible product began with designing the board. First,
carefully select the components, ensuring affordability and low power consumption. Next,
assemble all the necessary elements, integrating them seamlessly. Finally, program the
controller to achieve the desired functionality and conducted essential measurements and checks.
This comprehensive approach ensures efficient cable management, facilitates feature expansion,
and enhances overall connectivity within the automotive ecosystem.
