Building a Flash Memory controller, which support standard Open NAND Flash Interface on one side and allow accessing the data in memory from the other side.
The controller is built from
- TI Stellaris Starter Kit, which includes ARM based Cortex-M4F microcontroller,
- Micron 64Gb MLC NAND memory chip,
- TSOP48 socket
- breadboard, which connects them together.
